In 2022, we once again helped FUJI UNI organize and execute a pop-up event in Milan to promote its brand awareness internationally, thereby laying the groundwork for subsequent brand promotion and marketing initiatives in both domestic and international market.

FUJI UNI Milan Pop-up Event Promo Video
FUJI UNI is a Japanese technology bespoke brand established in 2017. Its exclusive UNI FitTech technology provides a tech-driven solution that diverges from traditional apparel and footwear bespoke services, which is of forward-thinking significance for clothing and footwear industries. UNI FitTech includes a gait analysis system and matched foot scanning system to significantly improve the efficiency and accuracy of shoe bespoke service.
The Milan pop-up event aimed to create an organic week of presence in the heart of Milano Fashion District, in the occasion of the International launch of the new shoes brand FUJI UNI to present the new bespoke collection and 3D scan technology. Furthermore, we invited several Italian fashion-realated editors, press, footwear bespoke masters, and influencers as leading opinion leaders in footwear bespoke and fashion circles to take place in witnessing the FUJI UNI's tranformative technology, and exploiting their leverage to amplify FUJI UNI's reputation globally.
Our partner chief designer Yoyo Pan's team once again spearheaded the whole Milan pop-up event curation, including event planning, visual creativity and display installation design. The Milan pop-up store's diplay installation the Dream Travelling Box inspired by time travelling and sci-fi era's suitcase, also utilizing brand's VI element and colour scheme: the use of soft alluminium tissue, LED lights and the back side as LED display screen to show video contents presenting the mood of the collection. And there is a sculpture installation inspired by MRI scanning, utilizing linear LED lights to outline the shape of a shoe, designed to enhance the immersive experience of the space. The installation aims to encourage participants to take photos or upload videos, generating publicity on media and social platforms to attract further media coverage.

Our collaborated Italian designer Andre Maritan's Black-Kube Studio, Silvia Toffanin's team, and Claudio Goretti's team fully illustrated their designs of the whole collection in the Milan pop-up store. The collection covers women's heels, boots, leisure shoes, and men's formal shoes, business casuals, and golf leisure shoes.
